Accessibility Statement

Every parent should be able to use this website. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA as our target standard.

What we’ve done

  • The whole site works with a keyboard alone — every interactive element has a visible focus indicator, and a skip-to-content link is first in the tab order.
  • Motion respects your settings. If your device asks for reduced motion, every animation on this site is disabled.
  • Images carry written descriptions for screen readers; decorative flourishes are hidden from them.
  • Text sizes are relative, colour contrast is checked, and content reflows down to small phone screens without sideways scrolling.
  • No time limits, no autoplaying sound, no flashing content.
  • Information lives in HTML pages, not PDFs, so it works with assistive technology.

Known limitations

Parts of the site are still in build and some photograph descriptions are being improved as real content arrives. A full accessibility audit happens before the site goes live.
